Styled Outfit Number 1: After NOT going to the New Star Awards, I felt sadly gypped that I would be unable to create a fabulous outfit and show it off. But I still decided to create a fabulous outfit. A simple ballgown with an addded vest and Three-Musketeers-esque hat, is something unexpected, but suprisingly chic.
